Quick Roasted Tomato and Chicken Pasta

Quick Roasted Tomato and Chicken Pasta

1 x packet Angel Hair Slim Pasta
6 x Cherry Tomatoes
100gm Marinated Chicken, sliced into strips
A handful of chopped Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
2 cloves of Fresh Garlic (or 1 x teaspoon of Crushed Garlic)
2-3 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
Cracked Pepper

Place tomatoes, garlic, cracked pepper and olive oil in a small baking dish. Bake in a hot oven (180’) for approximately 15mins or until skin of tomatoes splits or shrivels.
Meanwhile, with the tomatoes in the oven, prepare the Slim Pasta as per directions on the packet, and have your parsley and chicken ready to combine together.

Clean Chicken Nachos


Chicken Nachos


500gm Chicken Mince

1 x large Brown Onion, chopped finely

2 x teaspoons Minced Garlic

1 x Green Capsicum, chopped finely

1 x Red Capsicum, chopped finely

2 x large Truss Tomatoes, chopped finely

2 teaspoons Ground Cumin

2 teaspoons Ground Coriander

1 teaspoon Cayenne (you can leave this out if you don't like hot food!)

1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)


Mountain Bread Rye Wraps (1 x per serve) cut into small triangles

How to bake chicken in the oven in five steps

Baking an entire chicken it could be in some cases challenging. Also I had several issues when I tested the very first instances, but I can brag now that I make the very best baked chicken in the world. More tasteful than the one at the restaurant!

To make this specific mouth-watering restaurant recipe I simply comply with a few the following 5 methods:


STEP 1: Choose a chicken

Get a decent size chicken and after you unwrap the plastic package give it a good rinse under cold water.
